- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and cooked bacon.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve warm and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a healthier twist, consider using whole wheat pasta or turkey bacon. Extra bacon or cheese can be added for indulgence.
